The Student Educational Development Fund (SEDF), a non-profit 503(c)3 organization relies on the following funding sources:
- Professional training and development workshops are held throughout the year – across the US – and are open to the public
- The Good Purpose Gallery sales of artwork (50% goes to the foundation)
- Annual Student Art Contest (all proceeds are split 50% between artist and SEDF)
- Annual appeal to local businesses and members of the community
- Donations from generous sponsors
- Grants and other funding
