The Lee Chamber of Commerce announces Friday September 23 through Sunday September 25 as Founders’ Weekend 2011. The 17th Annual celebration of the town of Lee features food and venders, entertainment as well as the first ever Lee “Idol” singing contest at the Berkshires newest entertainment venue, the Spectrum Playhouse. By Dick Lindsay, Berkshire Eagle Staff Monday February 21, 2011 LEE — A local businessman plans to add another historic landmark to his downtown revitalization project. Michael McManmon and his Lee-based College Internship Program is poised to buy St. George’s Episcopal Church on Franklin Street and turn it into a visual and performing arts center.
The Student Educational Development Fund, a 501 (c) 3 not for profit organization, has a three-fold mission:
Scholarships for students with Learning Differences to attend programs like the College Internship Program (CIP), with whom SEDF is affiliated.
Professional Trainings for educators and parents who work with young adults with Learning Differences.
Visual and performance arts opportunities for those with Learning Differences.
